Khali Consulting was founded by Manthapong Ravele in 2018. It is a 100% black women-owned company. We focus on offering psychometric assessments to clients. The assessments are used for decision making in recruitment and for personal or career development. We believe that more can be done with psychometric assessments especially when combined with research and artificial intelligence to better service client.

Manthapong (Thapi) Ravele, finished her master’s degree with the Davinci Institute in 2017 in Management of Science, Technology and Innovation. Thapi’s masters focused on the ability to predict the performance of employees using psychometric assessments. While working for Telesure, her psychometric team along with programmers came up with a system using artificial intelligence to predict candidates that will best perform and best suit the specific work environment. One specific business section in a company became the best performer due to the technology used. Thapi aims to optimally use psychometric assessments.

She is a Registered Psychometrist with HPCSA and has close to 10 years experiences in HR and psychometrics field. Thapi is passionate about people reaching their potential and uses psychometric assessments for it.
